Mayday Parade live in Singapore @ Scape Ground Theatre!

I am going to start this post by saying a big thank you to Upsurge Productions for bringing Mayday Parade to Singapore for their second (sold-out yay) show and organising a Meet & Greet session too! I missed their first show in Singapore and was so happy (still am) to get a chance to hear them live this time, told myself I wouldn't miss it again for anything. I arrived outside the venue around 7 hours before the concert and there were already 40 plus people queueing, which made me even more excited because those people were just as eager to see them as me.

Opening for the show that night was the band Aspectrum. They played at Man Overboard's show last December in Singapore too. Playing a mix of alternative rock and pop-punk, the band did a really good job in hyping the crowd with their energetic performance. It was my first time hearing them and I was honestly pretty impressed. Do check them out if you haven't!

Then, Mayday Parade came out and obviously the whole crowd was just screaming and camera ready. The atmosphere that night was so good, it was so fun to be apart of the crowd. That moment when all our screams literally turned from "AHHH MAYDAY MAYDAY AHH ASDFGHJKL" to "THERE'S A GHOST IN MY BEDROOMMM" felt so good when Mayday Parade kicked off their set with Ghosts and everyone just joined in like a big massive (and pretty chaotic) choir.
